Terms of Service

By placing an order with Kain Gems, you agree to the following terms. All gemstones are sold subject to availability; one-of-a-kind stones are reserved only once payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and converted to your selected currency at the prevailing exchange rate at checkout.

This page is a placeholder — full terms will be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
