Because many of our gemstones are one-of-a-kind, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Certified stones may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unaltered condition for a full refund, excluding shipping and insurance costs.

Made-to-order or custom-cut pieces are final sale.
